The instructions state that all 4 screws on the sides and back of this unit must be removed and then the support frame separated. When pulling the heavy main unit out of the frame, it got stuck because both parts were glued between the black seals. Because of this, it took a lot of effort and energy to separate the two and it took a very long time. I initially assumed that the slide rails were damaged and the device wasn't popping out properly. Some of the small details of the external assembly confused me at first when reading the instructions. (HEAT) I have 9 foot ceilings and the room is large so it doesn't heat the room and surrounding area very well. (COOL) After turning on the air conditioner, it seems to cool my large room and other surrounding spaces very well. It's not too loud for me because I don't sleep in the room where it's hill, but it might be too loud for someone else. I would say it is no louder than other devices of this type, after all this is a 230V device. Overall I like this device. Thumbs up!
