I used this dress for my Marilyn Halloween costume. They made a bow at the back, added a thick lining (stretch cotton-polyester fabric) and sewed a ruffle and rhinestone trim at the top. He's a little big. I'm 5'1", 130 lbs, 32 DDD and he was a size larger than I expected, even on top. I'm usually an 8-10 on top and 2-4 around my hips. I'm medium color. Color photos look great It's VERY long too!I was wearing very high heels with a 1.5" platform and 5" stilettos and I still had to pin my back to do tricks or treat my kids..Besides if you don't have a six pack (or anywhere near) you should seriously consider some very smooth yet supportive shapewear to go with this dress you have (and then something) I have this with a strapless bodysuit and the THICK Lining solved I mentioned above but it is a lot of work and some extra cost and time.If you are willing to put the extra effort into this dress, go for it!
