I can't say anything about the nutritional value and taste is always subjective. Of course, it also depends on what and how much you mix the powder with. (I prefer about 150ml semi-skimmed milk per scoop.) So here are my impressions so far, from good to not so good:* Cinnamon Bun. My favorite. Not too sweet, almost like the taste of a cinnamon roll, and I didn't get tired of the taste even after rummaging through the tin.* Gourmet chocolate. Although I'm not a big fan of chocolate drinks, I liked this one. The taste is darker than the taste of whole milk chocolate.* Fruit stones. It gets many rave reviews. I think if you ate cereal as a kid, this is a nostalgic trip. I didn't drink and could hardly drink it. Nausea, terrible aftertaste. I was able to make it less awful by mixing it with mashed cooked strawberries. But that didn't work for long either. I ended up throwing away half the glass. Despite my experience with Fruity Pebbles, I look forward to other flavors.
