First of all the shipping came and FedEx left my packages outside. I stay in a pretty good neighborhood but people are people so after sitting downstairs for 5 hours 2 boxes were missing. This seller was very respectable and trustworthy they sent my missing pieces quick with no hassles. Now with that said there were many reviews that had me terrified to say the least. But honestly I like the couch. Now I will admit the arms are a bit wobbly I am working on a solution to fix this. Also some of the ways that you can change the set up there are just not enough arms to do so. If you plan on having the choice of love seat and sofa I think you need more arms. Also if you have a cat be sure their nails are clipped or tipped threads come out easily. I got tips for my cat as soon as I saw a possible issue On that note my cat absolutely loves the couch. He literally can't stay away from it. It is a bit low but heres the thing the feet are 2 may 2.5 inches high which makes the difference in height. So I plan to add 4.5" feet for better height. I also think extra pillows are key. Of course there is some spacing but my couch sits on a wall. I wish there were a package that added additional ottoman that was longer with a larger storage space. instead of just the one. All in all I really like it! I will maybe one day get a different sectional if I want a walk around for a bigger space, but both the cost and size work well for my home. I just want to really thank the seller for correct a issue that the shipping company did not! I am 5"1 so the size is good for me.
