Review on Sailun Ice Blazer WST3 225/50 R17 98T winter by Micha Ambroziak ᠌

Revainrating 4 out of 5

I expected mediocre quality, but the product was pleasantly surprised.

I join the positive reviews about this cut. I decided to change the tired Hakku 7 (the tread was still good, but there were few spikes left) for something new. Decided to take the Sailun, because. summer of the same firm. There is noise, yes (on clean asphalt), but somehow I don’t care, in a German car it’s tolerable (it’s still quieter than in my father’s Hyundai even in summer))). The main thing for me was that it was not scary to drive on winter roads. Because it was scary on the old Jake, the car practically did not slow down on snow and ice. On this one, it's a completely different matter, it works perfectly. It even became somehow boring, on a full drive in a snowfall, I want to put the car into a skid in a turn, on this rubber it doesn’t work out very well, it holds. There is no rutting (I have a size of 225\50\17), but in this size and on other tires it was not there, rutting appears from R18 and higher. There were quite a few loads on two wheels out of four, but that may be the fault of the disks. But in any case, there are no vibrations at speeds up to 120 (I have not accelerated more yet). I didn’t like that the spikes were somehow small and didn’t stick out much, I don’t know how better - so that they stick out stronger or not? Those. how long will the rubber last without losing braking performance is a question. But so far there are no complaints, but I drove nothing at all on them. PS . I'm making an addition about driving on snowy porridge (when it snows heavily and there is a continuous layer of snow on the road from 2 cm). So it’s scary to drive on such a “surface”, the car practically does not slow down. I don’t know if there is any kind of rubber that will slow down confidently in such cases. All the tires I've ridden before behaved the same way, but they were used, they were never new. This one is still new, so I was hoping it would be better. But no. But the car is not light, almost 2 tons. Maybe that's why
