Poorly engineered, un-assembleable, random hardware , poor instructions for some other fans

Firstly, I'm a 50-something engineer that has installed numerous ceiling fans to the point I do not even need to (typically) read the instructions.This fan having a unique design is what lead to us purchasing, and with that instructions are necessary to assemble. However the &lt;broken English> instructions provided are for some other models. Though I figured out how it was supposed to assemble it could not due the physical interferences as well as the hardware would not thread to the intended holes.It also included random hardware (metal caps) with no apparent purpose along with two anchors for concrete. Maybe in China their ceilings are concrete but I have not lived in a house with a concrete ceiling, but thanks anyway.Also, even though the blades are plastic and not even a full size 52" fan, the unit is very heavy at almost 2x the weight of a normal fan. Maybe I need to install a concrete ceiling, hence why the anchors were included?
