so that's the story, it's such a low price, I think they know you won't bother to consider a return, and many of them just don't work. I took time to really check it out, and no matter what I did, fix the tube in tighter, check the seal on the pump, replace the whole mechanism to see if I could re-prime it to pump?Nope, doesn't work.Now I will tell you this, I wanted to purchase a pumping bottle, but in the end, I pulled out the pump part, left it out, and use the lid, and just pop the lid, hold the cotton pad and flip it, the whole bottle in my hand, and set it back down and I do have some alcohol on my pad and that works for me. Not what it was sold as though.
