I received a used product
Great sir I would give it 4/5 stars but I didn't because it would be nice to get a brand new one. Not the one used. The hose was filled with water by the previous owner. The protective plastic was thrown into the box and a new one was placed on top of the controls. Apparently the company knew it was being used and tried to cover it up. There was enough water in the hose to spray for a good three seconds. Very deceptive from the company.
