It is great. Someone writes that it does not heat.
Great item. Some argue that it doesn't heat the water, just maintains the temperature of the warm water already poured into it. I do not agree. If you leave it on long enough, it will heat the water to a very hot temperature. The bubbles are not strong, but still pleasant. This is a large product and takes up storage space. I haven't tried the drain plug yet because I find it easier to just pull it out and pour it out from the side (from the back to avoid possible damage to the front where the controls are). Not sure what two little red lights are supposed to do where the foot is healing.
