Chair cheap good for director chairs

The chair is poorly finished. Falling apart after 2 days of use. The seat fabric fell out and didn't fit back. The running board broke off without any additional pressure on it. I received a return receipt but they wanted me to pay for shipping and handling which is $237 more than the chair is worth. I threw it in the trash. They charged me $127. I only sat in the chair for 30 minutes. A complete waste of money.
