The item was out of stock so I contacted the manufacturer directly and they replied the same day that a new batch was on its way to the Amazon Fulfillment Center. Didn't have to go back because as soon as it was back in stock they emailed me and let me know. The product was very easy to set up (less than an hour from unboxing to installing and running both monitors). The build quality is excellent, especially since the price is significantly better than similar models. I expected the script to be too good to be true. I was even impressed with how well laid out the product was in the box. The reason I really wanted to try this model over the more expensive ones was that I really liked the look of the nickel plated finish with the black channel guides. If one of your dual monitors is mono, it can be difficult to route all cables through the bottom duct.
