The headset did not work at first. But several emails to the company describing our very old Panasonic hybrid phone system prompted them to send me new cables via Express DHL which solved the problem. The headset is lightweight and very comfortable. The boom microphone also offers good speech recognition for your interlocutor. The cable for the desk set is very long. I also like that I can switch cables (included) and use the headset with my Android phone. I can hear much more easily what the other side is saying to my aging ears, hardened while serving in Vietnam.
