I got them for Christmas. I followed the directions. Case connected and charged. charging cable removed. Place the buds in the case. button pressed. The blue charge lights came on, but the case didn't close tightly. Wrap an elastic band around the case to secure it. I let the buds charge. I took them out after the blue charge light went off. The right one works fine. The one on the left doesn't work. Repeated the process several times. So far without success with the left kidney. I contacted the company and asked them to send me a replacement for my left kidney. They won't send a replacement but want me to send them back at my expense so they can test them to see what's wrong. Bad quality and bad customer service.
