Since the name includes the words 'hairpins' I assumed they had a hinge that could be opened and closed. My mental image was far away. They are very beautiful, but they are not hairpins. I don't like bobby pins because my hair is curly and thin and bobby pins tend to pull out strands. If you like invisible hair clips I would suggest you try these, but if you are looking for hair clips specifically, don't buy them. In fact, I can't find any ornate hair clips. I want someone to create them. I mean look at the photos I've attached. How much harder would it be to decorate picture one than picture two? And I would definitely buy them.
