This is one of the best houses I've ever seen, especially compared to what I've had (Thomas, Barbie, etc.). Three things worth talking about: 1) Easy to assemble, not as easy as those that don't require assembly at all, there is a little assembly. What you saw in my photos, the inside frame has been doing all my 7 years unassisted. It needs my help to put it on from the outside, it's just too big and high for him to stand. Also it said for ages 3+, I think it meant ages 3+, my nephew is under 1 and enjoys crawling inside and outside. 2) The size is large, my youngest is 18 months old. there standing with a lot of space above it. Even my 5 year old can stand there with his head just above the tallest part of the 'house'. 3) Material, it is a coin with two sides. On the one hand, the durability is definitely better than my normal ones, which can be bought at IKEA or many other toy stores. On the other hand, it's a plastic material and we know it's not as environmentally friendly as those that look like paper.
