Disappointed by the eye

I used to buy these exact lashes directly from Lily's Lashes and this pair (one strip in particular) appears to be fake. It looks like there's still some glue and glitter left on the strip! The other lash is clean and much more pliable than the others I've bought elsewhere. What gives?

Pros

Application and reuse: Comfortable, lightweight adhesive strips for eyelashes. Match the eyelashes to the shape of the eyes. To remove, firmly grasp the inner corner of the strap, remove the lashes and put them back into the premium storage box. Wear lashes up to 15 times. Not mine. (Lilly Lash Adhesive sold separately)
