Caused a huge nasty bleeding rash.

This color broke my baby's whole neck. At first it will be ok. But now she wears a piece of a sock around her neck over the triple antibiotic. she hates it She liked the collar, but it was coming off and causing uncontrollable itching. She scratched until she bled. She's bleeding from scratches after the collar is removed! Please be careful!
