I like that it has everything you need for an emergency such as EMS dispatch center integration which allows me access from anywhere in my agency or department when needed without having all those devices within reach! It's easy enough so anyone can use but still offers advanced features if your looking beyond what they have available out there today (such as integrated video). Not much dislike about this program other than maybe some minor bugs here &there sometimes while using certain functions however nothing major just something small not worth mentioning because overall very happy customer!! We are able solve any issues we may encounter during emergencies by simply logging into our system through web browser rather then needing additional equipment required otherwise would be bringing along several different pieces including laptops etc.. This saves us time since most people already carry cell phones anyway even though many do prefer laptop computers due their ability being mobile also allowing them quick response times should anything.
