My dancer uses it to massage her feet after several hours of dancing each night. It was recommended by her teacher to improve 'pointy toes' and the fact that it helps relax the muscles in the foot is a huge bonus! Much better quality than I expected for the price. Has rubber pads on the ends so it won't scratch our hardwood floors.
