Revainrating 5 out of 5

Proven shampoo and conditioner

I brought and tested another product from this company (Silk18 natural hair conditioner with argan oil) which I just love. I brought this product with MY OWN money. My Hair: I have 3C/4A, undyed, non-chemically modified, medium length, medium thick hair. It's more water-based and similar in texture to yogurt. I did not receive the product in the box. Read the description for the company's claims about the product. How to use: After shampooing my hair (I had gel on my hair but I usually only use a spoon) I applied this product to my hair and dabbed it onto the skin. It gave my hair a lot of shine. I left the product on my hair uncapped for about 5 minutes. I accidentally washed it with hot water. This left my hair feeling limp and dehydrated. I reapplied about 3 tablespoons of conditioner to my hair, waited 3 minutes and washed off with cold water. It made a difference and I retained some moisture in my hair. I applied Kinky Curly Knot Today to my hair as a leave-in. Rating: I can't use it as a deep conditioner, but I would rather use it as a dishwashing conditioner. I tend to be tough when it comes to applying products. I used about ΒΌ bottle in one wash. The product is designed to strengthen hair. I haven't noticed a difference in the strength of my hair, but I haven't had as much breakage or shedding as I usually do. My hair feels brittle after using shampoo, and while this conditioner wasn't a cure for shampooed hair, it gave mine Hair definitely enough lubricity and moisture to detangle without constantly reapplying conditioner. It wasn't until after I applied the leave-in cream and other hair products that I felt like my hair was COMPLETELY back to normal. Overall, this product honestly gets a 4/5 rating. I prefer the Silk18 natural hair conditioner with argan oil, but this product comes second.
