Review on Neween by Joey Quade

As a customer, I am utterly disappointed in Neween's level of care. Although their goods may appear promising, neither the quality nor the customer service are at all satisfactory. I purchased some slipcovers and home decor items, but when they arrived, they looked nothing like the images on the website. The materials were flimsy and of low quality, and the hues and sizes were all faded. Even worse, the customer support was unresponsive and unhelpful. I attempted to return the items, but when I did, I was met with unhelpful representatives who declined to handle my return because they said the items were not qualified for a refund. Spending money on items that are not as advertised and then being unable to return them is aggravating. The website itself is also badly constructed and challenging to use. Finding what you're looking for is challenging, and the lengthy and confusing checkout procedure. Overall, I wouldn't advise anyone searching for slipcovers, home furnishings, or kitchen and household goods to visit Neween. Avoid the trouble by shopping somewhere else.
