This mirror finish dessert slicer is a true kitchen gem, adding a touch of glamour to my dessert presentation. Through trial and error I found that the serrated edges on the slicer allowed for precise cuts of my GRAPEFRUIT desserts. The stainless steel material is durable and dishwasher safe, making for an easy clean-up .The only downside is that it can be a little tricky to get the perfect angle for the first slice. Overall, a great addition to any kitchen!
