Disappointing Massage Tool Leaves More Tension
Based on our own experience, we found this massage tool to be ineffective and difficult to use .While it was marketed as a myofascial RELIEVER it only seemed to cause more tension and discomfort. The one positive is that it is lightweight and easy to travel with. However, we do not recommend this product to anyone looking for a reliable massage tool for myofascial release..
