I received my Cosori smoothie blender yesterday. Washed last night. So today I filled a large clear container with smoothie ingredients. Then I put it on the mixer base. Connected to a mixer. AND NOTHING. NADA. No Answer. The block did NOT work. Period. I called Cosori customer service and they offered to send a new unit. But apparently their system is not syncing with Revain because they have NO record of my purchase. I need to send you a copy of the Revain invoice so I will do that. So I'll wait and see how the new block performs before making a final judgement. But I have to believe I'm not the only person this has happened to. But if so, then I have to play the lottery. Here is a very dissatisfied customer. (And I don't think I've ever left a negative review on any of the thousands of products we've purchased at Revain.)
