Review on Tock by Ross Bagby

The ability to see everything at one time without having to go back in forth between different tabs. I like that it allows you to set up multiple staff with various permissions so they can do what they need to while still keeping track of who's doing what where. It could be more intuitive if there were better instructions or tutorials available online. We started using this platform as an internal restaurant app but then realized we needed something external once our website was live. The best part is that it has an inbuilt payment gateway which makes things easy when compared with other similar tools available out there. It also provides better customer support than others. I have used this software since last 3 years but still i find some bugs here and then. So far so good! We are solving our reservations issues by using this platform and we are able to keep track of our customers from different locations as well.
