Otherwise they are perfect for my stupid feet with bursitis and plantar fasciitis. I insert my PF insert and the soft, flexible upper wraps around the ball of the foot. I'll use them to craft Nunsense - old-fashioned "monk shoes" are harder to find than you might think!
