Review on Cable Matters 10Gbps Aluminum Enclosure by Esvin Hopuhnopuhlis

FIX: I removed the pinion gear because the cable that came with it no longer fits properly when connected to the case. Other cables are held firmly in place, but the cable that comes with this case is quite slack, causing it to come loose if struck lightly. I bought it to use with a 2TB nvme drive for a portable game drive for my Razer Blade 15. I get about 1000MB. /s write/read with both cables. It gets a little warm with normal use, but gets very hot when transferring large files. It comes with 2 thermal pads but I have no idea if I'm putting them on correctly as there are no instructions included. Overall, this is a great NVME case with good build quality.
