Excellent quality, best for outdoor sports and play
I have chosen to use this for stretching and balance aids. The Power Move device can cost over $200, so I decided to build one. This item was a no brainer, I can use it for more than one thing. I can practice airlifts and straighten my legs with ease, so I'm completely happy with this purchase. Overall the material far exceeded my expectations, I wouldn't trust my weight to a Caribbean so I'll just take my own. However, this does not detract from the overall quality.
