08/15/2020 I ordered my first set of bumpers for my existing toilet seat after installing a bidet head. The first four of a set of six bumpers were used and everything worked great. Unfortunately, the toilet seat broke on December 20th, 2020 and I ordered a new toilet seat and more bumpers. I used the remaining two bumpers from my first order and the two bumpers from my second order on a new toilet seat. By January 28, 2021, two bumpers of the second order had fallen off the new seat. I emailed hazaniservice@gmail.com asking for a replacement kit or other consideration. I have not received a response from the company. To date, March 31, 2021, I have used all six bumpers from my second order in December 2020 to replace two that keep falling off. The two I used from the August 2020 order are still on the toilet seat. I'm not sure if I received a faulty shipment or if they switched suppliers but I'm disappointed the company didn't respond.
