Smallest size 12 I've ever tried on!
These boots are WAY too small, I wear an 11 or 12 and got a 12 for the extra room and I couldn't even get my foot in these. The quality is about what I expected for the price point (you get what you pay for). I don't think they would be warm. I do not recommend these unless you size up and realize that you may have to send them back anyway.
