Well packaged. Clear installation instructions written by someone who understands English. The double-sided mounting tape described in the instructions was not included in my kit. At first I thought I would need it, but I changed my mind on how to mount it and it still worked better. The zip ties provided are not suitable for 3/4" copper tubing due to their design so I used the ones I already had. Just installed this morning, took less than 30 minutes to unpack, read the instructions and install. I have no idea. however whether it works or not.I will come back to this review after some time.This is the reason for the three star rating.the chrome showerhead and no new deposits seem to form.The wife says the dishwasher works too better and she doesn't have to add an antilimescale agent on glassware.After two months the chrome showerhead is still shiny,no limescale build up.I think this thing really works.Renewed after a year of use.I had a burst water pipe right over the spot,on I installed the device.When I was repairing a broken pipe, I used the connector at the end of the tape ds demolished to which it is connected the device. When the parts were in stock, I was contacted by a support rep to remind me of their 10-year warranty, no questions asked, and offered to ship me a new ribbon and connector for free. What offer! While taking a shower last night, I noticed that I was already seeing limescale stains on the shower head a week after shutting down the device. Proof that the thing really works and that the company stands by its product. Even if the customer (me) was a bit clumsy and broke it. Absolutely to recommend. Rating changed to five stars.
