My computer lays flat and I only need it to hold the device at eye level for work. It has 4 strong wires for power, video and LAN. All together requires something powerful. That solid steel construction and the bolts with nylon locking rings and the way the washers are placed make it stiff when you need it and adjustable when you need it too and I find it repeatable. I can fold it up and throw it in my bag at the end of the day. The wrench included in the kit can be a little longer and loosen the rounded arc. I went to the shop and grabbed my 3/8" socket wrench, put it in once and forgot. The rubber from the last two months seems to still have a good grip. Also the keys at the end of the keyboard don't stick out too far to the Playing the keyboard Perfectly engineered product.
