Poor skin quality
They are beautiful but a dermal head will not fit another anchor of the same size. My piercing was very concerned that it wasn't universal and one was different from the other. If someone didn't check it, it had to be surgically removed to replace the head. As he was sterilizing the other bowl, the opal fell out of his head. Very important. I was lucky he checked my jewelry.
