Review on 🍊 Breville 800CPXL Citrus Press Pro: Motorized Stainless Steel Excellence by Maurice Stavros

I first bought a Cuisinart CCJ-500 Pulp Control citrus juicer which was the cheapest product with good reviews; However, after messing with this flimsy product, I couldn't take it and spent money on a Breville juicer. I think since Cuisinart I appreciate the Breville juicer even more. The Cuisinart has a thin plastic cone, mesh basket and drip tray. Juicing required good pressure. It was ok with the first half of the fruit, but when juicing multiple halves it became quite tedious. It took Cuisinart about a minute to juice half of the fruit. The Breville lever design allowed for quick juicing in seconds with very little pressure. The Cuisinart requires you to hold the fruit half in place while juicing, while the Breville lever and pointed cone hold the fruit half firmly in place. This is an important feature when juicing smooth surfaced products. At Cuisinart, my hand would sometimes slip while half-holding the fruit. The car groaned and tilted to one side. The plastic parts come off quite easily, so it got pretty annoying. On the contrary, Breville is a beast! It's solidly built with easy juice and effortless to hold fruit halves in place.3. Cleaning with Cuisinart was a bit tricky. The strainer basket has an edge that appears to capture the pulp and seeds. The seeds got stuck in the lip and were difficult to remove. Again in contrast, the Breville stainless steel basket cleans in seconds! It's clear that Breville is way better than the weak Cuisinart. I remember learning as a lever in high school and how it relieves pressure. Breville uses a lever design in this juicer to make juicing simple and easy. The quality of this product really justifies the high price. If I had kept the Cuisinart I don't think I would have gone with the freshly squeezed juice. It was just a fight. With Breville, juicing is quick and easy. Bravo Breville!
