Do yourself a favor and spend a little more! I bought these phones for $17.99. The quality is absolutely not worth trying to save a few bucks! I actually thought the phones were defective when I first got them because when I put them on the stand there was no sign of a phone being charged and it took 2 days for the phones to fully charge ! If someone is calling and you want to pick up another phone while the first phone is already in "talking mode", you can't! In fact, you have to press the transfer button to pick up another phone! You cannot have both phones in "talking mode" at the same time! Also, you cannot set a caller ID to dial (1) before phone numbers. So if you work for a phone company like Verizon that requires you to dial a "1” before a number, you can't make calls to the ID log caller! You must also hear delete messages!
