I like that it allows me to set up rules for my incoming emails, so they can be easily filtered into folders or deleted if not needed anymore! It is very user friendly when creating filters/rules - you just have an idea what needs filtering / sorting out right? And then all good :) The price seems way too high compared other services (like gmail) which offer similar functionality at much lower prices than MAIB's pricing plan ($10 per month). We are using MAB as our main inbox service because we want full access over who has read each message before delivering them via another tool called PigeonholeMailer from Zendesk Inc., but also use their webhooks feature quite often since its free version does only allow 5 calls every hour while ours requires more frequent calling hours due to higher volume traffic generated by customers sending us tickets through support@mycompanydomainnameherecom/.
