Terrible return policy.
The tie was smaller than expected and when I went to return it the online seller charged almost the same as the tie to return it so it's not even worth returning and now I'm stuck with it a tie that is too small. Wouldn't buy again, especially after being convinced of the return policy when I bought it and not being told that it would cost the same to return the item as it did to buy it.
