Great for night shifts
I am a nurse and I work 12 hours a night. Sometimes it's not so easy to sleep during the day when normal life is in full swing, especially when there are children at home. This sleep machine really helps create an even background noise that drowns out other noises. There are several choices for sounds, my favorite being the Moonlight Sonata and the Sounds of Thunder and Rain. It has more soothing sounds and unlike some music streaming apps, there are no commercial breaks. Definitely recommend.
