. my Garmin GPS and it seems to work best in all the rental cars I've used.

I have bought several units to store my Garmin GPS and this seems to work best in all the rentals I have used as they all seem to have a CD player, at least for a while. It holds the GPS securely and installs and removes quickly and cleanly. I no longer carry anything else (including the included Garmin windshield suction cups, which may be illegal in some states). The only problem is that in some cases the Garmin included in this gadget can hang down and block part of the rear camera. and/or radio control.
