Not disappointed but 4 stars

It works good. My pup obviously hated it in the beginning, but we were using for training. he got used to it quickly, fortunately so I don't believe it is uncomfortable. he is really intelligent and I have only needed to use a few times. They are convenient to travel with and easy to put on and take off.
