Normal quality, you can use it.

What do you need a laser level for? If you hang a kitchen or a shelf there, that is, clean work, then take it boldly, the laser is very bright and really level.
If you intend to use the level in a construction site or in repairs, in dusty rooms, then I don’t advise it, there are too many gaps in it, I’m sure that it won’t live long at a construction site.
I returned the purchased level, because I took it as a gift, but it’s frankly shameful to give a device of such build quality.

Pros

Price Really calibrated. Very bright rays.

Cons

The price is free cheese. The case looks like it was assembled by an orangutan. The halves do not converge with each other, there are gaps. The upper laser cover is loose. Scraps from the casting are present everywhere. The tripod stand is of very poor quality, when you adjust it along the x or y axis, the level also rotates along its own axis. There is simply no point in the stand. Glasses, I understand why it is believed that the laser is better seen in them, because nothing else is simply visible in them.
