The product looks good and I like the ability to charge it, especially that it comes charged and comes with a cord. He has two heads and unfortunately the big one didn't fit. The small one works well on the eyebrows, but the chin and lips take some time to remove the hair, it doesn't remove them completely. This is the first device of this type that I have bought and in general I find it useful, especially when both heads work. They send me a Revain gift card offer in exchange for a 5 star rating which I don't think is right. I usually read reviews before buying any product and it doesn't help.
