I live in Northwest Montana and needed good waterproof hiking shoes for my daughter. They had great reviews and they had pink so I thought pink non slip waterproof walking shoes for $35? Well you get what you pay for. She loved the boots they were great for 2 weeks. Then the seam came out from the inside of the toe. huge hole! Instead of giving a bad review, I contacted customer service to find out the best way to solve this problem, as I like to let people have their doubts. Well they offered me $8 off a new pair. I told them I've had them for 2 weeks and they're ruined which I was hoping we could make more than $8. So they increased the price to $10 for a new pair. Needless to say, I'll be spending my whopping $10 elsewhere.
