The item is very sturdy. I have had no issue with the watch slipping off the cradle that some have complained about since the Galaxy watch 5 charger is magnetic, but I can see where it could happen. I agree there should be a lip on the front to help prevent the watch from sliding off. Additionally, the hole that the charger sits in is quite large and initially, didn't want to stay in place. Over time, this has not been an issue as the cable has now molded in shape. What I thought would be issues (and what's been stated from others) has turned out to be no issue at all. I'm satisfied.
