Review on Experience Dynamics by Jay Williams

The ability to have multiple team members work through tasks with ease as well having access at any time of day for support when needed! I wish there was more information/training available before starting out so that we could be better prepared from beginning but overall it's pretty good!! We're able build our own experience which has helped us learn new things faster than if were just using someone else who may not know how certain systems function best or what they've learned over their years doing this type thing (which would also help).
