I bought these because they were cheap and came in 2 packs. They are poorly constructed, very noisy unless you have other noises. The two round parts of the disc are cheaply cast and do not touch in several places, which increases the vibration of the cheap fan housing. Luckily I bought them to sit in front of the TV and cool my stick. So I only turn them on when I plan to watch TV. I am looking for the best quality for my table. Two stars because they work and I use them.
