I received this package but didn't open it until a week later; When I opened it I didn't examine it. It looked ok at first glance, and I figured I'd unpack it completely when I was ready to use it (current hardware is about to give up). I finally used it and found that it was delivered used! There was still water in it; disgusting! AND NO, IT DID NOT WORK; he didn't get warm at all. Unfortunately, the return window was closed and Revane showed no sympathy. I would advise you to save a penny and buy a quality product from a trusted seller. Luckily I only lost $30. POOH.
