This is a lovely sweet little house, very easy to assemble, all parts with velcro, very strong bed, very soft and heated, lovely, comes with a Timer supplied and raises the floor good function. It also has four ties to tie it to the post of our Dexcom railing to keep strong winds from blowing it away. My only complaint is that I thought it could have been a little bigger, it looks bigger in the photos than it is. It's really only the size of a cat bed, so it might be too narrow for a large cat to roll over in. It also has two vinyl folding doors that are also attached with velcro and can be removed. The vinyl material appears to be about 1 inch thick and includes some form of foam insulation. It holds up well thanks to a velcro strap, it's really sturdy, my 14lb cat sat on the roof and it didn't collapse.
