I have a complete skincare kit (cleanser, toner, serum, eye cream, spot treatment, moisturizer). When using it as part of a routine I didn't really notice if this toner was doing anything special. However, to test this, I only used this toner after cleansing my face for a few days. I immediately realized that I wasn't using my whole routine. But my skin still felt pretty good. It's gotten smoother and less irritated than just cleaning. It has no particular odor, but it does have a green tint. I had no problems with skin irritation. For me, it's more like the last step of the cleanse. I want to get my face done and then use a toner to leave a little on before applying serums and moisturizers.
