First the good news: the vacuum cleaner does its job perfectly within 2 hours of running time. It manages to bypass the furniture and covers our large spaces quietly and efficiently without getting stuck. It also almost always returns to the charger. So for post-launch performance, I'll give it five stars. Second, unfortunately, it only connects to legacy 2.4GHz Wi-Fi (not 5.0GHz). Our entire house runs on 5.0GHz, which means I can't connect to use the vacuum's advanced features. The description should be clear as I paid more for Wi-Fi and device programmability. If the description said "legacy 2.4Ghz wifi only" I wouldn't have bought it. [Note: I also looked at a lot of the comments and at the time of purchase none of them only stated the old Wi-Fi. If you have an older 2.4GHz band in your home, this product gets 3 stars and possibly more if you can actually plug it in and run it.] Third, the instructions are inadequate. They include pics of the wrong remote (that's all I can use now that Wi-Fi is down). I finally figured out the remote through trial and error, and it works quite well, apart from the programmability. Fourth, there is a QR barcode in the written instructions that must be scanned to download an "app” to control the vacuum cleaner. When I scanned the code to download the app (before realizing it was useless given my 5.0Ghz WiFi) a bunch of spammy apps/ads got added and my phone's virus scanner restarted - causing the App has been identified as a virus. I removed it immediately. Long story short I have a great vacuum that I manually place in each room and hit the "Auto" button on the remote as none of the advanced apps/programmable features can be used unless you have old one Wi-Fi and you want to install an unsafe application. What a shame - a great product that doesn't have a proper user interface and a less than informative description. If I hadn't thrown away the original packaging I would have returned it and spent the extra money on a better product or less money on a similar product without advanced "programming/Wi-Fi" features.
